They are being drafted properly rather than borrowed, and they will be published on this page, in full, before anyone is asked to agree to them. We would rather show you an empty page than boilerplate copied off another company’s site.
What it will cover
- Using CoGrow
- Who can hold an account, what a seeker and a partner each agree to, and what happens to a listing or an account that breaks the rules.
- Anti-circumvention
- Both sides agree not to take a deal introduced here off the platform. It is the term the commission model rests on, so it will be stated plainly rather than buried.
- Bookings and contracts
- What a booking commits you to, how the workspace contract is generated and signed, and how cancellation and refunds work.
- Payments and commission
- How rent is collected, what CoGrow’s commission is and when it is deducted, the partner listing fee, and how payouts are released.
- Verification and trust
- What we check before a listing goes live, what the trust score is built from, and the grounds for flagging or suspending an account.
- Liability and disputes
- What CoGrow is and is not responsible for between a partner and a seeker, and how a dispute is raised and resolved.
