Search where you actually work
Pick the area you want to sit in: SG Highway, Navrangpura, Vastrapur. Results come back grouped by locality, so you can tell Thaltej from Ambli Bopal before you open anything.

Compare on what matters
Area, price per seat, seat type, amenities, photos and the partner’s rating. Not the exact address. That stays closed for now.

Request a visit
The partner approves it, and only then does the exact address open up. No calls, no chasing, no address handed to anyone who scrolls past.

Go and see it
Walk the floor before you commit to it. If it isn’t right, go back to your results and request another.

Book and sign online
Pick the desk or cabin and the term. The contract is generated for you and signed in the browser. Nothing to print.

Pay through CoGrow
One payment, on the platform. The contract and the receipt are saved to your account, and so is every one after it.
Why the address is hidden
You get the address when you ask for it.
Listings show the locality, never the street. That isn’t us being cagey. It’s what keeps a verified space from being copied into a spreadsheet and worked around.
Request a visit and the partner opens it. Contact details follow once a booking is confirmed. Both sides agree to that at signup, and it applies in both directions.

For partners
Five steps from an empty chair to a paid one.
An empty seat costs you −₹7,000 a month in rent, power and upkeep you are already paying. Listing it costs you a form and a document check.

Sign up
The business, and the space. About ten minutes.

Get verified
Documents, proof you can sublet, and real photos of the floor. We check them before anything goes live.

List and price
Seat types, seats available, price, amenities, rules and hours, across as many listings as you run.

Host visits
Requests land in your dashboard. You approve them, and your address is shared at that point and not before.

Get paid
Rent arrives through CoGrow, our commission comes off, and the rest is paid out to you with a statement.
The money
Nothing settles off the platform.
Rent is paid through CoGrow. Our commission comes off before the partner is paid, so nobody is invoicing anybody and nobody is chasing a transfer.
Seekers keep every contract and receipt in their account. Partners get a payout statement for each one. If something goes wrong, there is a record of it on both sides, which is the whole reason to book here rather than on a phone call.
