Our privacy policy is still being written.
It is being drafted properly rather than borrowed, and it will be published here in full before launch. Until it is, this page sets out what the document will have to answer.
What it will cover
- What we collect
- The account details you give us, the phone number and email we verify by OTP, what you search for, and the bookings, contracts and payments you make.
- Why we hold it
- Running your account and bookings, verifying partners and spaces, taking payments, and keeping the records both sides need if something is disputed.
- What other people see
- A partner sees what a visit request needs and no more. A seeker sees a space, not a street, until a visit is approved. Contact details stay masked until a booking is confirmed.
- Who we share it with
- The payment gateway, and the SMS and email providers that deliver your codes and receipts. Named individually, with what each one receives.
- How long we keep it
- How long a booking, contract and payment record is retained, and what happens to the rest when you close your account.
- Your rights
- How to see what we hold, correct it, export it, or ask us to delete it, and who to write to under India’s data-protection law.
